Uses: This salt has wonderful versatility. We use it on meats, from seafood (cod, salmon, tuna) through to red meats (steak and venison). We love the salt as a dipping ingredient with EVOO. We especially enjoy it on asparagus and green beans or it makes an easy salad dressing flavoring. Roasted Potatoes? This salt is a great addition.
